We support students with a variety of educational needs, promoting their active learning, developing their engagement in and enjoyment of their studies and enhancing their self-esteem. In this way all students are able to fulfil their full potential. We take care to treat girls as individuals, involving them in planning this support them by asking them what they would find helpful. As most students have not had this sort of discussion before coming to St Paul's, our learning support co-ordinator aims to encourage them to analyse how their perceive themselves as learners so that they can be 'partners in provision'.
