0093_200It’s plain to see our students – and staff – have a thirst for intellectual enquiry which goes well beyond exam syllabuses and subjects. So during the GCSE and A level years all our students follow a general studies course to enrich their learning.

In year 10 everyone takes a citizenship module and a short course in critical thinking. They can also choose to improve their ICT skills or study world music and economics.

In years 12 and 13 the general studies programme is built around our Friday lecture series. For students, it’s a stress-free opportunity to pursue your interests or develop new ones, with no homework or exams.
