A school is a living entity. It has to move forward or it will stagnate – and that means raising substantial amounts of money, especially if we are to fulfil our ambition of offering financial support to every girl who would most benefit from all we have to offer. At the same time, our excellent facilities must be maintained and improved if we are to meet evolving expectations and needs. The current Singing Hall project is a current example of how we are not only maintaining a first-rate space but also taking the opportunity to launch a seat-naming programme to raise bursary funds.
