Unexpected hardshipWe sometimes award bursaries to existing pupils whose families suffer unexpected financial difficulties and are no longer able to pay the fees in full. These bursaries are designed to avoid a student’s education being interrupted at a critical stage and, wherever possible, are awarded so that the girl can complete a particular phase of study, for example girls who have already embarked upon either their GCSE course or their A-level course. We can't guarantee that if a bursary is awarded for a girl during her GCSE course it will be continued to enable her to undertake an A level course at the school. Post-entry bursaries are not usually awarded for girls in their first 3 years at St Paul’s unless in exceptional circumstances, such as the death or sudden, incapacitating illness of a parent. |
