sister-schemeWe know how good it feels to have friends you can talk to, so as soon as you arrive at St Paul's you’ll meet a group of about 30 students, drawn from every year in the school. You'll stay together throughout your time here and, as well as getting to know each other, you'll take part in sporting activities and charity events. They'll even remember your birthday.

Your sisters give you a sense of family and some people to rely on who’ll bring a different perspective to whatever’s happening to you. You educate each other.

Every group – we call them sister acts – meets for the first time in September to help the newest members of our community settle in. On your first day here, one of your sisters will take you to lunch and, if you want, you can meet up with your sister act for a group breakfast during the autumn term. You'll get involved in science week in spring, swim for your sister act in the summer and raise money for charity – or do anything else you want to suggest – in between.

Along the way, you'll build up friendships with younger and older students, so whether you're choosing GCSE or A level options or need some advice about your relationships, you can chat to other students who have been through the same thing. And later on you'll be able to pass on your own advice.
